Booking and Cancellation Policy

As a business owner, I deeply value your time and custom. I am truly grateful for every client who walks through the doors of Blossom Wellness Studio, time and time again. Each session is delivered with the utmost care and dedication, always with the intention of offering you the best possible experience.

When booking an appointment, I kindly ask for the same level of respect in return. To protect the integrity of my time and business, the following policies are in place. Please read carefully before booking.

Booking Policy

Appointments are now booked on a month-to-month basis during my pregnancy. Priority is given to existing clients; any remaining slots will then be opened to new clients. Please check my social media pages for the latest updates on availability.

Existing Clients:
If you wish to maintain regular appointments, please respond promptly when notified of diary openings. I will hold your preferred slots for 24 hours. If those options don’t suit, I’ll do my best to offer alternatives.

New Clients:
Once availability is announced, you are warmly invited to reach out. A 50% deposit is required to secure your first appointment, which will be deducted from your total on the day of your visit.

Pregnancy Note:
If this is your first time visiting the studio and you are pregnant, please let me know in advance so I can ensure your comfort and care throughout your session.

Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: No charge.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the treatment fee.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: 100% of the treatment fee.

All cancellation fees are payable in cash at your next appointment or at the time of rebooking. I do appreciate that emergencies may arise, so cancellation fees are applied at my discretion.

Important: If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment. In most cases, the cancellation policy will still apply to help keep the schedule fair for all clients.

Running Late?

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your appointment time, I may not be able to carry out the full treatment. In some cases, your appointment may need to be cancelled, and cancellation charges may apply.

Payment Policy

As a small business, I am now accepting cash only for all services. This allows me to reduce transaction fees and continue offering my services at fair and consistent prices.
